Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Donors: Welcome and guide new and existing donors through their journey, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
• Application Management: Review and process donor applications, providing clear guidance and support throughout the application process.
• Health Assessments: Conduct thorough health assessments and risk behavior screenings to ensure donor eligibility.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, ensuring all medical examinations and assessments are meticulously documented.
• Clinical Tasks: Assist in various clinical procedures, including oocyte collection, physical examinations, and behavioral assessments. Handle blood sampling, packing, and shipment to external laboratories.
• Quality Control: Perform regular quality control checks and contribute to the development and maintenance of internal Standard Operating Procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed and adhere to local, European, and international donor-related legislation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in Nursing along with Nurse State Registration.
• Experience: While experience in IVF nursing is a plus, it’s not a strict requirement. We value your passion and dedication!
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written Greek and English is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Professionalism: A highly service-minded and professional attitude.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an international company.
• Eligibility: Must already be eligible to work in Cyprus (or willing to relocate and acquire work permit)
• Local Applicants: Greek or Greek speaking applicants are more than welcome! Please note that a Cypriot nursing license and address are required.

• A yearly 13th salary
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, primarily between 8-16.30. Occasionally we have early shifts starting around 05.00 AM because of oocyte retrievals.
