Egg Sales Manager

Do you want to help people make their dream of having a child come true? And are you an experienced Embryologist with a passion for sales? Then you may be our new colleague!

We are looking for a dynamic Embryologist to join Cryos, stepping into a pivotal role within our sales team. This role focuses on driving growth in the egg and clinic business while serving as a vital support to our Cryos Clinic. With your specialized knowledge in embryology, you will identify and capitalize on market opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of Cryos' services. Your expertise will bridge the gap between scientific excellence and strategic business development, ensuring Cryos continues to lead in reproductive healthcare solutions.

Primary Tasks:

  • Sales and order handling
  • Handle emails and phone enquiries in Danish and English and provide support to egg and Cryos Clinic clients
  • Identify speaking opportunities, conferences and activities that require our attention
  • Update CRM
  • Collaborate and support Cryos Marketing in developing promotional activities towards B2C and B2B to increase market awareness of Cryos Eggs and Cryos Clinic
  • Plan and participate in sales developing activities such as campaigns, exhibitions, fairs, new sales concepts, and clinic visits
  • Collaborate with clinics

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of verifiable embryology experience from an IVF clinical setting
  • Proficient in all aspects of clinical embryology
  • Fluent in English as a minimum, and preferably Danish and other languages

 

Who are you? 

You have experience working in an international environment and as part of a team that values structure and accountability. Your background includes sales experience, or at the very least, a strong sales-oriented mindset. You are comfortable performing on stage and delivering webinars or presentations, whether online or to large live audiences. Additionally, you have the ability to guide customers toward making commercial decisions that benefit both them and Cryos.
