Embryologist

We are looking for an embryologist to join our global embryology team at Cryos Clinic. Based in Aarhus, Denmark you will work in our clinic as part of a team of healthcare professionals with various backgrounds. You will play a vital part in fostering the ongoing success and growth of Cryos. 

Primary Tasks

• Participating in daily clinical laboratory procedures related to hands-on operation of the embryology lab including but not limited to donor and patient contact, sperm preparation, oocyte retrievals, cryopreservation, IVF and ICSI treatments, inventory management, and data management,
• Maintaining relevant lab equipment, laboratory Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvement activities including ISO certification,
• Taking part in internal and external audits and laboratory-related KPIs,
• Following the clinic's procedures for processing, storing, packing and shipping/tracking tissue bank specimens,
• Traveling to our other Cryos locations/ clinics for support and hands-on training internationally as well as locally.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable embryology experience in an IVF clinical setting
• Being ESHRE-certified will be an advantage
• Proficient in all aspects of clinical embryology 
• QC/QA management knowledge

Who are you? 

You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Reproductive Biology Sciences, you are willing to travel for IVF clinic training sessions at Cryos' sites abroad and other collaborating sites, you are able to work independently under the direction of our global embryology team lead. Being proficient in English is essential. Ideally, you should live in Aarhus or in close proximity.
